About Aisha
Aisha has specialised in women’s empowerment since 2017 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her programs. She is a coach, facilitator, author, speaker, teacher and consultant who holds degrees in – B.Ed. – Primary [Hons.], Dip. L.C. [Hons.], Practitioner NLP, Time Line Therapy and Hypnosis.
She has her Mental Health First Aid certification, is trauma-informed, is a DISC Advanced consultant and has written and delivered multiple programs in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. She is a published author on the subject of empowering women and has dedicated over 25 years of her teaching life to personal growth and development expertise. She has always been in leadership positions and is dedicated to helping improve the lives of others using her wisdom, experience and expertise.
Aisha also brings relevant ‘lived experience’ to programs. Aisha has experienced social, emotional and economic disadvantage, and became passionate about helping to improve the wellbeing of others after she had personally experienced domestic abuse. She uses those experiences along with her professional training to bring the best program content to all participants setting her apart from most.
Aisha is a highly experienced coach who is focused on mindset and strategy to achieve identified goals. Aisha is a confident and motivated facilitator and project manager who inspires and ignites ideas in her clients. Her collaborative style enables her clients to access their inner strengths to rise and overcome perceived barriers and self-limiting beliefs. Aisha is able to quickly develop a positive rapport with clients and has exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. She is a team player who embraces flexibility and variety.
